Let the tongue of every Shia constantly recite “Nad-e-Ali”;

The name of Ali itself is protection for life;
The name of Ali itself is an amulet for a child;
The name of Ali itself is, by God’s leave, the sword of a brave youth.
When the name of Ali is taken, every calamity departs.
Upon the Supreme Throne is written the name of Ali.

Through the name of Ali there is honor in both worlds;
The remembrance of Ali is obedience to the Creator.
Through the name of Ali, a grieving heart finds joy.
Pray with truth, invoking the name of Ali;
Your needs shall be fulfilled through the name of Ali.

O Lord, for the sake of Muhammad Mustafa;
O Lord, for the sake of Ali-e-Murtaza;
O Lord, for the sake of Hasanain and Fatima;
Keep our faith always safe and intact.

Grant swift healing to every believing sick person.
O Lord, free those who are trapped in affliction and captivity.
Your Essence is pure — hidden and manifest alike.
